Let your employees step into the shoes of a race car team for a day! “Full Throttle” is the ultimate team-building activity that combines strategic thinking, hands-on work, and adrenaline. Using the materials provided (boards, wheels, tools), each team must design, assemble, and decorate its own soapbox car. Roles will need to be assigned wisely: the engineers handle the mechanics, the creative types take care of the design, and the most daring take the wheel!
